Cabbie International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers and corporate clients, understanding their requirements, generating business enquiries, and maintaining professional customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and corporate clients.
• Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car rental/travel services.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for customer requirements.
• Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer details.
• Convert enquiries into bookings and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Required SkillsGood verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and local languages.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.
