Position

OverviewInstros Solutions LLP is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and technically inclined Technical Assistant to support daily office operations, technical documentation, reporting, and site activities. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, good communication skills, excellent documentation abilities, and a willingness to travel for official site visits.

Key

Responsibilities·       Capture high-quality site

photographs using a mobile phone for technical documentation and reporting.

·       Visit client sites for inspections, documentation, data collection, and technical support activities.

·       Create and edit professional PowerPoint

presentations for project reports and updates.

·       Draft, format, and maintain professional documents using advanced MS Word features.

·       Perform data entry, basic data

analysis, and record management using MS Excel.

·       Prepare and maintain technical

reports, letters, BOQs, compliance documents, checklists, and records.

·       Assist in tender documentation,

statutory approvals, compliance activities, and administrative tasks.

·       Update and maintain the company's social

media platforms with project updates and promotional content.

·       Organize and maintain office files,

technical records, and project documentation.

·       Coordinate with internal teams and clients for follow-ups,

document collection, and project-related communication.

 Required

Skills·       Advanced working knowledge of MS

Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

·       Good typing speed of 50–60+ WPM.

·       Strong written and verbal English

communication skills.

·       Excellent documentation,

organization, and time-management skills.

·       Basic knowledge of social media

platforms and content handling.

·       Good mobile photography skills for site documentation.

·       Ability to work independently and

as part of a team.

·       Basic

AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.

·       Willingness to learn technical and industry-specific processes.

·       Generative AI Skills are required for making formatted reports

Eligibility

& Requirements·       Qualification: Any Graduate with a Science background.

·       Experience: Freshers

Only.

·       Age: 18–28

years.

·       Gender: Male

Only.

·       Willingness to travel for official

site visits.

·       Valid two-wheeler or

four-wheeler driving licence.

·       Practical driving skills and willingness to drive for official work.

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
