Job Description
Company Name: Kolors Health Care India Pvt. Ltd
Position: Tele Calling Executive
Languages: English, Telugu, Tamil or Kannada
Experience: 6 months to 1 year, Freshers with good English communication are also eligible.
Shift Timings: 8 am to 6 pm, 9 am to 7 pm (weekends compulsory working can take off on week days)
Rotational week offs monthly 4
Salary Range: Fresher’s – 15k to 17k gross + Incentives, Experienced – 17k to 22k gross + Incentives
Location: Karkhana, Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Sales and Services ( Handling calls with clients and client generation ).
• Making outbound calls (and handling inbound).
• Explain features, generate leads, and resolve queries.
• Focusing on building rapport.
• Meeting sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records.
