Store Associate / Stylist - Silver Jewellery Retail (Freshers Welcome)

The role

You are the face of the brand. Customers walk in curious and walk out styled. You'll help them find pieces they love, put stacks together, close sales, and keep the store looking like somewhere people want to spend time.

What you'll do

• Greet and style every customer who walks in understand what she's looking for and build a look, not just a sale
• Drive daily and monthly store sales targets; upsell and cross-sell across earrings, rings, chains and bracelets
• Know the catalogue cold — materials, care, plating, sizing, what pairs with what
• Build and refresh in-store displays and product arrangements
• Keep the store spotless, stocked and organised; return every piece to its designated place after use
• Handle billing, exchanges and customer queries with a straight face and a warm tone
• Capture customer details for follow-ups and share floor feedback on what's selling and what isn't

What we're looking for

• Genuinely enjoys talking to people — this is the whole job
• An eye for style; interested in fashion, jewellery and how things are put together
• Comfortable with sales targets and being measured on them
• Presentable, punctual and reliable
• Conversational English, Hindi and/or Telugu
• 0–3 years of experience. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome; retail, fashion, jewellery or hospitality experience is a plus, not a requirement

Work details

• Full-time, 6 days a week
• 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Work from store: Soho Tiger, Vikrampuri Colony, Karkhana, Secunderabad.
