Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Cook authentic South Indian dishes (such as idli, dosa, sambar, and chutneys) and North Indian items (such as curries, tandoor items, and breads).
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the cooking station clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Inventory & Stock: Check ingredient freshness, chop vegetables, manage stock, and reduce food waste.
  • Menu Execution: Follow standardized recipes to maintain consistent taste and quality
