Retail Store Manager

📢 HIRING: STORE MANAGER – KHADI CULTURE, SAINIKPURI

We are looking for an experienced, responsible & sales-driven Store Manager to take complete ownership of our Khadi Culture ethnic wear showroom at Sainikpuri.

💼 ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take complete responsibility for day-to-day showroom operations

• Lead, coordinate and motivate the sales team

• Personally interact with customers, understand their requirements and ensure excellent service

• Focus strongly on increasing showroom sales & conversions

• Manage complete inventory and stock movement

• Handle billing, cash, card & UPI transactions responsibly

• Maintain purchase invoices, billing records and basic data entry

• Ensure proper showroom discipline, presentation and customer experience

• Coordinate with the team regarding orders, alterations and deliveries

• Should have good knowledge of fabrics, ethnic wear, styling & designing

• Must be regular, punctual, trustworthy and accountable

💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES

Starting Salary: ₹30,000/month

PLUS attractive performance incentives:

Up to 1% on individual sales

OR

0.7%–0.8% based on overall showroom sales/performance

A strong-performing manager can potentially earn around ₹45,000–₹50,000+ per month, as achieved in this role previously.

Salary growth will also be considered for someone who consistently takes responsibility and pushes the showroom’s performance to the next level.

✅ WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience in a fabric, textile, ethnic wear, menswear or fashion showroom is strongly preferred.

We need someone who treats the showroom responsibly, maintains complete transparency in billing and cash handling, builds a healthy relationship with the sales team, and genuinely works towards growing the business.

📍 Location: Khadi Culture – Sainikpuri, Secunderabad

Candidates from Sainikpuri, Secunderabad and nearby areas are preferred, but experienced candidates from other areas are also welcome.
