Unicorn Soft Labs Private Limited is a leading software development company specializing in Mobile App Development (Android & iOS), Web Development, SaaS Products, E-Commerce Solutions, ERP, CRM, and Digital Transformation services. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Lead Generation Executive to join our growing sales team.
- Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through online research, LinkedIn, Google, social media, and business directories.
- Prospect potential clients through email campaigns, cold calling, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and decision-making authority.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM or Excel.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong internet research and data collection abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, or lead generation tools is an added advantage.
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- With strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in B2B software, IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing sales is preferred.
