Guest Services and Reception

  • Welcoming Guests: Greet visitors warmly and create a positive first impression.
  • Check-In and Check-Out: Verify reservations, collect identification and payment details, assign rooms, and hand out keys.
  • Handling Inquiries: Answer questions about hotel amenities, dining, local attractions, and travel directions.
  • Resolving Complaints: Address guest issues quickly, professionally, and patiently
