Customer Support Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support & Sales Support Executives for a leading BPO in Hyderabad across Voice and Chat processes.

Roles Available:

• Voice Process Executive
• Chat Support Executive
• Semi-Voice Process Executive

Shift: Rotational Night Shifts (UK & US Process)

Cab: 1-way & 2-way cab facility available (up to 30 km)

What we're looking for:

• Excellent English communication — mandatory
• Graduation completed (UG/Graduate) — mandatory
• Comfortable with rotational shifts — mandatory
• Comfortable with night shifts — mandatory
• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately — mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹17,000 – ₹23,000 in-hand
• Experienced: 30% hike on last CTC (up to ₹45,000 in-hand)

Interview: Walk-in daily, Monday–Friday | 10 AM – 1 PM
