Customer Support Engineer
Job location : Malkajgiri
Job site : Customer sites mostly around Hyderabad. Occasionally in Telangana and AP districts
Job description:
Skills needed:
1. Should be able to speak in Hindi, English and Telugu
2. Mobile skills and telephone skills
3. Skills in Whatsapp
4. Should be able to fillup forms and file them.
5. Should have a two wheeler with license
6. Should be having basic electrical skills.
7. Having experience/ extensive skills in Electrical/ Power/ UPS/ Stabiliser areas will be added advantage.
Compensation and benefits
1. 15K for freshers. 20K for people with one year experience.
2. Conveyance as per company rules. Generally about 3k PM.
3. Insurance as per company policy.
4. Incentive of Rs.100/- per service call beyond three calls a day.
5. Two wheeler loan can be arranged by company after six months if needed.
