Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Continental Chefs for Commis I, II, and III positions to join our kitchen team in Sainikpuri, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in continental food preparation, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook continental dishes according to standard recipes.

- Perform daily mise en place and food preparation activities.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen.

- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients.

- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.

- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.

- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.

- Reduce food wastage and optimize ingredient usage.

- Work efficiently during busy service hours.

Requirements

- 1- 4 years experience in Continental Cuisine is preferred.

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.

- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
