Sales and Business Development Manager

Experience: 3–10 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in the interior, plywood, laminates, or building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and channel partners.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Generate sales through architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers.

• Promote plywood, laminates, MDF, veneers, hardware, or other building material products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for timely order execution.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, and sales forecasts.

• Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and promotional activities.


Required Skills

• Strong B2B sales and business development experience.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Good understanding of the interior and building materials market.

• Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and reporting tools.

• Willingness to travel extensively.
