Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and organized professional to manage both accounting operations and day-to-day office administration.


Key Responsibilities

Accounting

  • Manage daily accounting transactions.
  • Record purchase and sales entries.
  • Prepare invoices and quotations.
  • Maintain GST records and assist with GST filings.
  • Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash.
  • Coordinate with the CA for statutory compliance.
  • Maintain accounts receivable and payable.
  • Prepare financial reports and MIS as required.

Office Administration

  • Manage office documentation and filing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Handle office inventory and procurement.
  • Support HR with attendance and employee records.
  • Coordinate courier, dispatch, and administrative activities.
  • Assist management with daily operational tasks.


Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
  • Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.


Preferred Experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is an added advantage.
