Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

Ø Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.

Ø Reading and understanding mechanical drawings

Ø Prepare or edit CNC program to machine the jobs as per drawings

Ø Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines

Ø Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.

Ø Check and maintain check sheets

Technical Requirements:

Ø Able to run CNC Machines using Sinumerik (Siemens) control

Ø Must know Sinumerik 840 D Control

Ø Able read mechanical drawings

Ø Must know 4 and above axis controls.

Soft Skills: 

Ensuring precise machining and dimensional accuracy.

Ø Clear reporting of progress, issues, and coordination with team members.

Ø Quick troubleshooting of machine/tool issues and alignment errors.

Ø Effective collaboration during setup, heavy component handling, and inspections.
