Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead the sales team, drive revenue, and achieve business targets. Candidates with experience in projects from Godrej, Sobha, Prestige, Brigade, and other reputed Bangalore developers will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

• Handle leads, client meetings, and property site visits.

• Guide the team in sales closures and negotiations.

• Monitor team performance and maintain sales reports.

• Build strong client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.

Eligibility

• Education: Graduate / Post Graduation 

• Experience: 3+ years in Real Estate Sales with team handling experience.

• Good knowledge of North, South & East Bangalore projects.

• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Working Days

Tuesday – Sunday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Field visits & client meeting may require extended hours.
