Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary

Life Space Property Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring passionate and target-driven Sales Executives. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.


Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.

• Present real estate projects, pricing, and payment plans to prospective clients.

• Conduct property site visits and client negotiations.

• Maintain CRM records and sales reports. 

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.


Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate/ Post Graduation

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Real Estate Sales or Field Sales & calling. 

• Experience handling projects from Godrej or other reputed developers is preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred.


Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹9 LPA.
