About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to own the growth of our website's organic visibility and audience engagement. You'll build our SEO foundation, create content that converts, grow our social presence, and work closely with other teams to keep marketing aligned with product and business goals — a great fit for someone who wants real ownership of a growing brand's digital presence and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

SEO

• Conduct keyword research and identify content/ranking opportunities
• Manage on-page SEO: meta titles/descriptions, headers, internal linking, alt text
• Support technical SEO: site speed, mobile-friendliness, sitemap, crawlability, Core Web Vitals
• Build quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and guest content
• Set up and manage local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, reviews)
• Track keyword rankings and organic traffic growth monthly

Content Marketing

• Plan and execute a content calendar for blogs, landing pages, and website copy
• Write or coordinate SEO-optimized, brand-aligned content
• Repurpose long-form content into shorter formats for social and email
• Map content to the customer journey (awareness, consideration, decision)

Social Media Management

• Own the content calendar and posting cadence (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Create or coordinate posts, reels/short videos, and graphics
• Engage with comments/DMs and monitor brand mentions
• Track follower growth, engagement rate, and traffic driven to the website

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with the web/dev team on technical SEO fixes and landing pages
• Coordinate with design for creative assets (banners, social posts, ad creatives)
• Align with sales/product on messaging, positioning, and lead-quality feedback
• Liaise with external vendors/freelancers/agencies where relevant

Good to Have

• Paid advertising experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads)
• Email marketing & automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
• Conversion rate optimization (heatmaps, funnels, A/B testing)
• Analytics & reporting (GA4, Google Search Console, dashboarding)

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
• Proven track record of improving organic traffic and/or search rankings
• Strong written communication skills for content creation
• Working knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar)
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
• Basic understanding of website platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS)
• Google Analytics / Search Console certification is a plus
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
