Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with 3+ years of experience in residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality standards, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with contractors and consultants to ensure timely project completion.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors for smooth execution of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Verify measurements, monitor material usage, and maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
• Ensure proper manpower planning and efficient utilization of resources.
• Report daily site progress to the Project Manager and highlight any delays or risks.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in residential real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, RCC works, finishing works, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
