Job Title: Senior Engineer – Civil / Construction Manager (2 Positions)

Job SummaryWe are looking for 2 experienced Senior Civil Engineers / Construction Managers with 2–8 years of experience in residential and commercial building construction. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, project planning, contractor management, and site execution. The role involves overseeing multiple construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within timelines.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise day-to-day construction activities across project sites.
2. Plan, execute, and monitor RCC works including excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and structural works.
3. Coordinate and oversee finishing works such as masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, and external development works.
4. Ensure construction is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
5. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
6. Monitor project progress, productivity, and resource utilization to achieve construction milestones.
7. Verify contractor bills, quantities, measurements, and material consumption.
8. Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
10. Identify and resolve technical and execution-related challenges at site.

• Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma / B.E. Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in residential, commercial, or township construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, quantity estimation, and project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools will be preferred.
