Job Description
Sales & Business Development Executive Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive
to drive new business, generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through Field Visits
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients and present company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customer segments.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain daily activity and sales reports.
- Skills RequiredGood communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and follow-up abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Office.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing or business development preferred.
