Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Promote and sell SBI credit cards to new and existing customers walking into designated SBI Bank branches, retail showrooms, or petrol bunks.
• Branch Coordination: Work closely with SBI Branch Managers and staff to generate leads and source premium cards (e.g., AURUM, ELITE) by capitalizing on High Net-Worth (HNI) and VIP bank relationships.
• Customer Servicing & Retention: Assist walk-in customers with card-related queries, limit enhancements, escalations, and retention offers to prevent cancellations.
• Merchant Tie-Ups: Generate local merchant leads to increase card spends, including pitching, onboarding, and supporting in-store branding.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum qualification is a Bachelor’s degree (Graduate), though 12th pass with relevant experience is accepted for some locations.
• Experience: Typically ranges from 0 to 3+ years in banking, retail sales, or customer service.
• Key Skills: Strong communication, lead generation, cold calling, and convincing skills.

Compensation & Work Details

• Salary Range: ₹1.5 Lakh to ₹2.5 Lakhs per annum (approx. ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month) depending on location, experience, and performance incentives.
