Job Title: TIG Welder (GTAW Welder)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for welding metal components using the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding process while maintaining high standards of quality, precision, and safety.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, and other metals according to specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Prepare materials by cleaning, cutting, grinding, and fitting components before welding.
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment and related tools.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality standards.
• Perform finishing operations such as grinding, polishing, and deburring.
• Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Follow welding procedures, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or material problems.
• Work with fabrication, production, and quality teams to complete projects on time.
• Required SkillsProficiency in TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to weld thin-gauge and precision components.
• Knowledge of welding symbols, drawings, and fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as vernier calipers, measuring tapes, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of workplace safety and welding hazards.
