Job Description
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate and monitor CNC machines, ensure product quality, and achieve production targets as per company standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Set up machines, tools, and workpieces as required.
Monitor machine operations and maintain production quality.
Perform regular quality checks using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers and Micrometers.
Identify and report machine faults or production issues.
Maintain proper machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor or Production Engineer.
Job Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
Experience in CNC machine operation is preferred.
Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
Basic knowledge of machine settings, tools, and production processes.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
Skills Required:
Basic technical and mechanical knowledge.
Attention to detail and quality consciousness.
Ability to work in shifts.
Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
