Technician

Candidates with Mechanical qualifications may be considered in limited numbers based on operational requirements. Priority will be given to ITI/Diploma candidates with an Electrical background.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation and routine monitoring of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Support electrical equipment maintenance, inspection and basic troubleshooting activities.
• Identify and report equipment-related issues to the technical supervisors.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and routine equipment checks.
• Support production teams in achieving operational requirements.
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines and quality requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, workplace discipline and proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Record operational observations and report abnormalities to the concerned team.
• Participate in on-the-job training and technical skill development.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, circuits and industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with electrical tools, measuring instruments and safety practices.
• Ability to understand and follow technical instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Good attendance, punctuality and workplace discipline.
• Willingness to relocate to Sanand, Gujarat.

Candidate Eligibility

• Fresh ITI / Diploma candidates from Electrical disciplines are strongly preferred.
• Mechanical candidates may be considered only to a limited extent.
• Candidates must have valid ID proof and educational qualification certificates.
• Candidates must be available for interviews and committed to joining upon selection.
• Candidates must be genuinely interested in the opportunity and willing to relocate.
