Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the factory and branch offices.
- Handle facility management, housekeeping, CCTV, internet, utilities, and maintenance.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
- Manage vendors, AMCs, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain company asset records and coordinate repairs/replacements.
- Handle documentation, courier management, and administrative records.
- Support compliance activities, audits, licenses, and renewals.
- Coordinate employee support services, ID cards, and administrative requirements.
- Prepare admin MIS, expense reports, and vendor reports.
- Drive administrative process improvement initiatives and implement professional systems, policies, SOPs, and best practices to support the company's growth, operational efficiency, and organizational development.
- Other strong alternatives:
- Support organizational development by establishing structured administrative processes, documentation standards, and workplace discipline across all locations.
- Develop and maintain administrative SOPs, policies, and control systems to ensure a professional and scalable work environment.
- Lead workplace infrastructure and administration initiatives aligned with the company's long-term growth and professionalization goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional administrative projects related to factory expansion, new facility setup, employee welfare, and process standardization.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Min 7 years of experience in Administration required.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and administrative reporting.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Factory administration experience will be an added advantage.
