*Shift: General shift (9am to 6pm)

*Job Summary:

We're seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. You'll support sales operations, manage communication, and ensure smooth order processing.

*Requirements:

- Graduate (Mandatory)

- Minimum1-2 years of experience in sales coordination (industry experience required)

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and email communication

- Good typing speed

*Roles and Responsibilities:

- Check and respond to emails daily

- Process purchase orders and sales orders

- Coordinate production and dispatch plans with team

- Generate sales orders and dispatch plans

- Send documents to vendors and sales team

- File and maintain PO, sales orders, and invoices

- Coordinate sales operations (order to delivery)

- Follow up on payments with vendors

- Maintain vendor and customer sales data

- Prepare PO tracking sheets and reports

- Coordinate with accounts team for payments

- Provide weekly sales and payment updates
