Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Hub Incharge to manage day-to-day last-mile hub operations. The candidate will be responsible for shipment processing, delivery partner management, timely dispatch, operational performance, and ensuring smooth hub functioning.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily hub operations, including shipment receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, and dispatch.
• Ensure timely delivery of shipments and achievement of daily operational targets.
• Manage delivery partners/riders, including onboarding coordination, attendance, availability, and productivity.
• Ensure sufficient rider availability to handle daily shipment volumes.
• Monitor delivery performance, pending shipments, failed deliveries, and return shipments.
• Coordinate with central operations and internal teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Track daily operational KPIs such as delivery success rate, rider productivity, attendance, and shipment aging.
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and company guidelines.
• Handle escalations related to delivery partners, shipments, and hub operations.
• Prepare and share daily operational reports with the reporting manager.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and process adherence within the hub.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery operations.
• Prior experience in hub operations, delivery management, or rider handling is preferred.
• Good understanding of shipment movement, dispatch planning, and delivery processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage ground-level operations and work in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of the local area and delivery routes will be an added advantage.
