Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Cooking Helper for our Sanand unit to assist in the preparation of food for industrial catering and bulk cooking operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the cook in preparing food in large/bulk quantities.
• Help with cutting, cleaning, chopping, grinding, and other food preparation activities.
• Assist in handling large cooking vessels and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking area.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and arranging raw materials.
• Follow instructions given by the cook and production supervisor.
• Support timely preparation and dispatch of food.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in a hotel, canteen, mess, industrial catering, or bulk cooking kitchen will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable working with large-volume food preparation.
• Hardworking, punctual, and physically fit.
• Ability to work as part of a kitchen team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required by catering operations.

Experience0–2+ years in kitchen/helper work preferred.

Candidates with experience in bulk cooking / industrial catering will be given preference.
