CNC Operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to operate and monitor CNC turning/milling machines for manufacturing precision components used in submersible pumps. The candidate should be able to read engineering drawings, perform machine setup, inspect finished parts, and maintain quality standards while ensuring safe machine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Turning/Milling machines as per production plan.
• Load raw materials, set tools, and monitor machining operations.
• Read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge.
• Inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Perform tool offset adjustments and minor machine troubleshooting.
• Maintain production records and follow 5S, safety, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and cleanliness of machines.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of CNC machine operation and basic programming.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Understanding of machining processes, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls is preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualification: ITI (Turner/Machinist) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
