Key Responsibilities

As an Atoma Service Professional, you will:

·      Deliver professional beauty and wellness services at customers' preferred locations.

·      Handle Atoma customer bookings assigned to you.

·      Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every booking.

·      Provide services according to your area of expertise.

·      Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming and professionalism.

·      Carry and maintain the required service equipment and products.

·      Reach customers on time and complete services professionally.

·      Follow Atoma's service, hygiene and customer-experience standards.

·      Maintain professional communication with customers.

·      Collect and act on customer feedback.

·      Work towards maintaining high ratings, repeat bookings and customer satisfaction.

·      Be available during agreed working hours and service areas.
