Solar Executive

Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) of rooftop solar power plants as per the maintenance schedule.

Carry out Corrective Maintenance (CM) to resolve system faults and breakdowns.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, inverter, module, and BOS (Balance of System) issues.

Ensure maximum plant uptime and optimal energy generation.

Address and resolve customer complaints related to system performance and billing.

Conduct site inspections and identify potential safety or operational risks.

Assist customers with online monitoring setup, mobile app installation, and customer registration.

Ensure proper cleaning and inspection of solar modules, inverters, cables, and electrical panels.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while performing maintenance activities.

Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and customer visit records accurately.

Coordinate with the technical support team for complex technical issues.
