Job Description – Retail Sales Manager

We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Retail Sales Manager for automobile sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for showroom sales growth, retail marketing activities, customer engagement, team management, lead generation, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute retail sales and marketing strategies.

- Drive showroom walk-ins, enquiries, and retail sales conversions.

- Manage sales teams and monitor daily sales performance.

- Conduct local marketing campaigns, events, roadshows, and promotional activities.

- Build strong customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Coordinate with digital marketing and branding teams for lead generation.

- Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.

- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and business performance analysis.

- Support branch expansion and business development activities.

- Train and motivate sales teams to improve productivity and performance.
