Retail Sales Executive

Job Overview:

As a Fashion Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional

customer service while promoting a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for

assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the overall sales goals of

the store. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, ensuring that

our customers receive personalized, expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

 Customer Service:

Provide a high level of customer service by greeting customers, answering product-

related questions, and offering personalized shopping advice based on customer needs

and preferences.

 Sales Support:

Assist customers with product selection, upsell complementary items, and meet sales

targets. Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to deliver tailored

recommendations.

 Visual Merchandising:

Help maintain store aesthetics by ensuring products are displayed in an attractive and

organized manner. Assist with the implementation of visual merchandising strategies

to enhance the shopping experience.

 Inventory Management:

Assist in the stocking of merchandise, ensuring that products are well-organized and

fully stocked. Assist with inventory counts and replenishing stock as needed. Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, product features, and promotional

offerings to deliver accurate and relevant information to customers.

 Cash Handling & Transactions:

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process sales transactions, handle cash,

credit/debit card payments, and issue receipts.

 Store Maintenance:

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers. Help maintain a positive

environment by ensuring that all store areas are presentable, including fitting rooms

and floors.

 Team Collaboration:

Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a

positive and cooperative store atmosphere.

Qualifications:

 Experience:

Previous retail or customer service experience in a fashion retail environment is

preferred but not required.

 Skills & Abilities:

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills

o Ability to engage with customers and provide an exceptional shopping

experience

o Knowledge of fashion trends and product styling

o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

o Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and transactions

o Flexible and adaptable to changes in store priorities and schedules

 Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods. Ability to lift

and move merchandise when needed (up to 25 pounds).

Additional Information:

 Schedule:

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.

 WEEK-OFF

Between Monday to Friday, No holiday on weekend, unless certain circumstances.
