Job Description – Business Head (Maruti Suzuki Genuine Parts Distributor)

We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Business Head for Maruti Suzuki Genuine Parts distribution operations. The candidate will be responsible for overall business development, sales growth, distributor management, warehouse operations, profitability, and team handling across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage overall Genuine Parts distribution business operations.

- Develop business strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability.

- Handle distributor network expansion and dealer relationship management.

- Monitor sales performance, stock movement, and operational efficiency.

- Manage warehouse, logistics, billing, and dispatch operations effectively.

- Achieve monthly and yearly business targets assigned by management.

- Lead sales, warehouse, and operations teams for business growth.

- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

- Ensure proper inventory planning and stock availability.

- Coordinate with OEM, vendors, distributors, and internal departments.

- Maintain business reports, MIS, and performance reviews.

- Implement customer satisfaction and service improvement initiatives.

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
