- Responsible for managing receivables in the microfinance (MF) sector within a designated area. - Oversee collections, ensure timely recovery of dues, and maintain financial discipline. - Coordinate with field teams and branches in the South Tamil Nadu region, specifically Erode and Salem. - Monitor and analyze receivable trends to optimize cash flow and reduce defaults. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement effective receivable strategies and policies. - Ensure compliance with banking and financial regulations related to microfinance operations. - Facilitate reporting and documentation related to area receivables management. - Support the growth and sustainability of microfinance operations through efficient receivable management.
