Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

This is a hands-on marketing research and content administration role for a self-driven candidate who can support social media operations, market research, content coordination, and sales-support documentation. The selected candidate will learn practical inbound marketing, AI-enabled research, copywriting fundamentals, and structured marketing execution under founder supervision.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Channel monitoring: Support monitoring of Wizard of HCM LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram handles, including comments, engagement signals, and basic content administration.

Engagement support: Draft responses to comments and messages using approved tone and templates. No public commitment or business claim may be made without approval.

Content administration: Maintain content calendars, post drafts, captions, simple creative requirements, publishing checklists, and performance trackers.

Market research: Research student questions, competitor activity, LinkedIn trends, YouTube comments, Reddit/Quora discussions, and other relevant market signals.

Marketing SOPs: Build SOPs for marketing and sales-support processes from scratch based on instructions and observed workflows.

AI-enabled marketing: Use approved AI tools for research, summarization, drafting, content organization, and idea generation.

Copywriting and content learning: Learn basic copywriting and content frameworks and apply them to hooks, captions, topic banks, and research summaries.

Sales pipeline support: Support lead-source tracking, inquiry summaries, follow-up records, and basic sales-support documentation under supervision.

Campaign support: As the role matures, support may extend to outbound campaigns, Google Ads administration, and other outreach workflows under supervision.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

Good written English and strong interest in social media, marketing, content, research, and business growth.

High initiative; able to read provided material, learn quickly, apply judgment, and move work forward without waiting for constant instructions.

Comfortable with LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Canva or similar tools, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.

Curious about personal branding, inbound marketing, online education, customer psychology, and sales pipelines.

Reliable weekday availability for in-office work at the stated location and timing.

Suitable for graduates, distance-learning students, alumni, or candidates with fixed weekday availability. Regular college students should apply only if they can fully commit to the office schedule.

Prior Workday knowledge is not required. Interest in HR technology, online education, AI tools, and digital marketing is preferred.

 

WORK ARRANGEMENT AND DEVICE POLICY

In-office role: Regular office attendance is required at the stated location. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

Office schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Candidates must be able to reliably work from the office during this schedule.

Company devices: Company laptops/devices will be provided at the workplace for official work during the contractual training period.

Device custody: During the training period, company devices must remain at the office and cannot be taken home. Device policy may be reviewed after payroll conversion.

Role seriousness: This role is not suitable for candidates seeking casual part-time work, temporary pocket-money work, or irregular availability around changing academic schedules.


COMPENSATION AND LEARNING EXPOSURE

Initial training period: 3-month contractual training period with remuneration of INR 10,000 - INR 15,000 per month, depending on skills and role fit.

Payroll conversion: After the review period, eligible candidates may be considered for payroll conversion at an indicative annual CTC of INR 1.8 LPA - INR 3.0 LPA. Conversion is based on performance, conduct, ownership, role fit, and business requirement.

Learning supplement: After payroll conversion and subject to continued association and performance, selected candidates may be allowed to attend selected internal Workday HCM learning sessions as a company-sponsored learning supplement.

No deduction: The learning supplement is separate from cash remuneration and the indicative CTC above. No amount will be deducted from stipend/salary for such internal learning access.


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Weekly market and content research is organized, useful, and connected to business priorities.

Social media engagement, content calendars, and performance trackers are kept updated.

The candidate shows initiative in finding better ways to improve marketing and sales-support workflows.
