Job Description

Safely drive company vehicles for office work, deliveries, and staff transportation.

Pick up and deliver documents, parcels, products, and other materials as required.

Assist with loading, unloading, and handling goods carefully.

Perform office support tasks such as photocopying, filing, banking, bill payments, and purchasing office supplies.

Keep the office, pantry, and common areas clean and organized.

Maintain company vehicles by ensuring cleanliness, fuel, and timely servicing.

Collect and deposit cash, cheques, and documents when required.

Run official errands with government offices, banks, courier services, and vendors.

Use GPS/navigation apps to reach destinations efficiently.

Follow traffic rules and maintain a valid driving licence.

Be punctual, responsible, polite, and maintain a professional attitude.

Assist with any other office duties assigned by the management.
