Job Description

  • Manage daily cash receipts, fees, instalments, and bank deposits (cash, cheques, DDs).
  • Perform daily cash reconciliation with bank accounts and financial records.
  • Handle post-dated cheques (PDCs) and clear pending transactions on a FIFO basis.
  • Resolve fee or payment-related queries for students and parents.
  • Coordinate with the head office regarding financial schemes, receipts, and administrative tasks.
