Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.

· Finalization of monthly and annual financial statements.

· Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits.

· Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.

· Collection follow up , Debtors review and developed credit policy.

· Develop and maintain accounting systems, internal controls, and Chart of Accounts.

· Review bank, customer, vendor, and other account reconciliations.

· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

· Monitor product costing, inventory valuation, Landed cost and profitability analysis.

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

· Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

· Bank Facility , communication with bank , CMA Data
