Position: HR Executive

Role Overview

Zenith Holidays is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR operations at Zenith Eco Resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding.
• Handle employee engagement and employee relations activities.
• Support implementation of HR policies and statutory compliance.
• Maintain employee records, documentation, attendance & leave policy and HR MIS.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to resort employees and management.
• Coordinate with various departments to address employee-related matters.
• Support HO HR team for Payroll Management and Compliance.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Punjabi speaking is mandatory.
• Hospitality/resort experience will be preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and diverse hospitality environment.
