Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Improve Receipt Quality through improving RIR time, escalation of repetitive issues, suppliers etc.Monitor the effectiveness of the actions taken by SQI group when supplier non-conformances are communicated.
• Ensure Quality of incoming components at receipt stage as per drawings.Monitor Vendor rejection and Implement sampling inspection techniques through Statistical tools.
• Ensure gauges / equipment calibration and MSA study as per plan.Oversee and intervene during detailed analysis of failed part of assembly.Improve DOL performance (Overall FES and Local supplier.
• Monitor and improve component Audit process.Support customer quality for analysis of field issues and implementation of new projects.Support new and existing plants for horizontal deployment of RQA system and New initatives.Monitor and improve traveller card, gate audit issues of Engine and transmission aggregate.
• Review component audit parts parameters with CQA for warranty, ZDA and stock yard LPH issues.Standardize and upgrade receipt inspection system across FES.Take up issues with the design team where the parts found ok as per drawing for resolution.Ensure export customers requirements are met like UV Life, Casting roughness and SST.Cordinate with CDMM and SQI for gauge finalization of new development parts.Cordinate with Design COE for development parts design issue resolution.Ensure Yearly and Half yearly Projects finalization with Supplier Quality.Lead and manage a team of around 25 members
