We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, confident and guest-focused Front Office Executive / Receptionist to join our hospitality team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Welcome and greet guests professionally

• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures

• Manage reservations, room assignments and guest requests

• Handle telephone calls, emails and guest enquiries

• Maintain accurate guest records and Front Office documentation

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Restaurant and other hotel departments

• Handle billing, payments and basic cash transactions

• Resolve guest concerns politely and efficiently

• Maintain a professional and welcoming Front Office environment

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude

• Well-groomed and professionally presentable

• Basic computer knowledge is required

• Knowledge of hotel PMS/HMS will be an advantage

• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Hospitality experience preferred, but freshers with the right attitude may also apply.

Hotel Mahananda is looking for alert, responsible, disciplined and professional Security Guards to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests, employees and property.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain security and safety of the hotel premises
• Monitor guest and staff entry/exit as required
• Maintain vigilance around entrances, parking and other assigned areas
• Monitor and report unusual or suspicious activities
• Assist with visitor management
• Maintain security registers and records
• Conduct regular rounds of assigned areas
• Support hotel management during emergencies
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments when required
• Follow hotel security procedures and instructions
• Assist guests courteously while maintaining security protocols

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Alert, disciplined and responsible
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for assigned duties
• Professional appearance and good personal hygiene
• Honest and trustworthy
• Able to work day/night shifts
