Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain product details, quality, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting suitable jewelry pieces.
• Handle sales transactions and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the counters are clean and organized.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated with current gold rates, product collections, and offers.
• Coordinate with the cashier and store manager for smooth sales operations.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
