Job Description
We are urgently looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Supervisor to manage daily workshop operations at our Royal Enfield service center.
- Key Responsibilities:Supervise workshop floor activities and ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors for timely job completion
- Monitor repair quality and maintain Royal Enfield service standards
- Ensure proper allocation of work among mechanics and staff
- Handle customer concerns related to service and delivery
- Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Track job progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery
