• Job ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with customer leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Prepare quotations and explain package details.
• Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel.
• Requirements0–2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, or Travel Sales (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi. English is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
