Salary: ₹10,000 Fixed + Incentives (up to ₹14,000/month)

Job OverviewApnaMart is hiring Store Staff / Store Associates for its stores in Jharkhand. Candidates will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, customer service, stock management, billing, order picking and delivery support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and verify stock from vendors and warehouse.
• Maintain store cleanliness and shelf hygiene.
• Organize and manage backroom stock (BKM).
• Handle customer billing and checkout operations.
• Conduct daily stock and inventory audits.
• Pick items accurately as per customer orders.
• Deliver customer orders within a 1 km radius of the store, as required.
• Support smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
• Incentives: Additional earnings based on orders handled and performance
• Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹12,000–₹13,000
• Maximum Earning Potential: Up to ₹14,000 per month

Note: Total earnings depend on individual performance and the number of orders handled.
