Sales Officer

Prabha Dairy is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer to expand market presence, appoint distributors, increase product availability, and achieve sales targets. The role involves managing distributor relationships, developing new markets, ensuring retailer coverage, and driving sales growth for the company's ghee products.

Key Responsibilities

• Appoint new distributors in assigned territories.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Increase product availability and visibility in the market.
• Visit distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and HORECA customers regularly.
• Develop new retail outlets and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Ensure timely order booking and follow up on deliveries.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Collect market feedback and share actionable insights with management.
• Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
• Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), market visit reports, and expense statements.
• Execute promotional activities and trade schemes in the assigned territory.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt service support.
