Job Description
Job Title: Store Manager – Sales & Business Development manager outreach field included (B2C/B2B)
Location: Ranchi | Industry: Sports Retail at IONIQ SPORTS
Role:
Drive store sales and bring new B2C/B2B business for sports products. Manage daily store operations, customer engagement, and team coordination at IONIQ SPORTS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets through direct selling and corporate/B2B outreach
- Handle walk-in customers, explain products, and close sales
- Develop local partnerships with clubs, academies, schools for bulk orders
- Manage stock, display, billing, and basic store reporting
- Coordinate with HO for new product launches, offers, and trophy orders
Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years direct sales/BD experience, sports industry preferred
- Strong customer interaction & relationship skills
- Basic computer knowledge – Excel, billing software, WhatsApp/email
- Fluent in local language + Hindi/English
- Prior store handling experience is a plus
Any one with two wheeler will be given preference
