What You Will Do
You will own the entire sales function — strategy, team, targets, and closures. Key responsibilities include leading and managing the sales team across all active and upcoming projects, building and maintaining a strong channel partner and broker network, handling HNI, corporate, and NRI client relationships personally, collaborating with marketing and CRM teams to drive quality leads and conversions, setting monthly and quarterly revenue targets and ensuring delivery, and providing regular performance reports and market intelligence to senior leadership.
Who We Are Looking For
We need a proven real estate sales professional — not a sales generalist. The right candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of direct experience in residential real estate sales, a demonstrated track record of leading sales teams and closing high-value deals, deep understanding of Ranchi's real estate market and buyer behavior, strong connections with local brokers, channel partners, and HNI clients, and excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
