Retail Sales Executive

Role Overview:

The Sales Executive represents the Babyhug brand by helping expecting and new parents select essential products, including apparel, strollers, nursery furniture, and baby care items. The primary objective is to deliver excellent customer service, meet monthly sales targets, and maintain strong product presentation and stock management.

📋 Key Responsibilities

🛒 Retail Store & Counter Sales

Customer Consultation: Warmly greet customers, understand their specific needs, and guide them through suitable baby products (apparel, gear, diapers, toys, feeding equipment).

Sales & Upselling: Achieve monthly sales targets by actively cross-selling, upselling related items, and informing customers about current discounts or promotional offers.

Billing & Point of Sale (POS): Handle cash/card transactions accurately, issue receipts, and assist with store checkout processes.

Visual Merchandising: Ensure products are displayed neatly, shelves are replenished regularly, and price tags are updated accurately according to brand guidelines.

Stock & Inventory: Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock counts, receive incoming shipments, and flag low-stock items to the Store Manager
